What To Expect At Boot Camp

The format can change for every class, but we’ll always start with a dynamic warm up to loosen up your muscles and prepare you for your workout. There will be station work with a variety of equipment. We may mix it up with games, challenges, relays, etc. You’ll have a challenging, but fun workout!

Where are your classes held?

We are currently holding classes several days a week at various venues. Click here to find a class that fits your schedule!

Do I need to bring anything to class?

We encourage you to bring a water bottle to stay hydrated. You WILL sweat! A towel and/or lifting gloves are encouraged, but not required.

Can I buy packs of classes?

They are available if you prefer to pay for several classes at a time. Cash only.

Do you have evening classes?

We do not currently offer evening classes.

How long are the classes?

Each class is one hour. Please come early to get the most of your workout!

Do you cancel class if it rains?

No. We will still hold the class if there is light rain. Lightning and/or heavy rain would cause us to cancel. Please check Facebook and Instagram for last minute class updates if the weather looks questionable.

What if I’ve never taken a Boot Camp class before?

Don’t worry, you can modify every exercise to fit your fitness level. Amy will show you how to modify each exercise.

Can I bring my kid(s)?

If your child is 12+, you may bring them if they’d like to take the class. We discourage bringing very small children who need constant supervision.

Do you offer classes just for kids?

We can set up a class for just for kids per request. There will be times when a kid’s class will be offered on the schedule. Check here to find out if a kid’s class is on the schedule!
